摘要:
神经根型颈椎病是临床常见脊柱退行性疾病,属于筋骨疾病范畴,其治疗方式多样。中西医联合微创治疗神经根型颈椎病体系是采用经皮内窥镜技术,秉承中医“筋骨并重”“筋出槽,骨错缝”“动静结合”等理念,以筋骨关系在神经根型颈椎病的认识为主导,将筋骨理论应用于经皮内窥镜微创术前诊断、术中操作及术后康复,为临床治疗提供方法和指导。
Abstract:
Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is common clinical degenerative disease of spine,belongs to category of tendon and bone diseases,and its treatment methods diverse.The system of minimally invasive treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine adopts percutaneous endoscopic technology,and adheres to the concepts of “Jingu Bingzhong”,“Jin chucao,Gu Cuofeng” and “Dongjing Jiehe” in traditional Chinese medicine.Besides,it takes the understanding of the relationship between tendon and bone in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy as the leading,and applies the theory of tendon and bone to the diagnosis before operation,manipulation during operation and rehabilitation after operation.It provides methods and guidance for clinical treatment.
