摘要:
目的:研究芦黄颗粒联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效及对患者心功能与脂代谢的影响。方法:选取80例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组采用单硝酸异山梨酯治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合芦黄颗粒治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医症状积分、心功能、脂代谢、不良反应等。结果:两组患者临床治疗总有效率为97.50%和95.00%,两组患者疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后,两组患者中医症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后,观察组患者NYHA分级优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组NYHA分级Ⅰ级数大于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者每搏输出量(SV)、射血分数(EF)均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后,两组患者血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05); 两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芦黄颗粒联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效好,可显著改善患者心功能及脂代谢,且无明显不良反应发生,安全性好。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the effects of Luhuang granule combined with isosorbide mononitrate on cardiac function and lipid metabolism in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:80 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate,while the observation group was combined with Luhuang granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,scores of TCM symptoms,cardiac function,lipid metabolism and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rates of clinical treatment in the two groups were 97.50% and 95.00%,and there was no statistical significance in the efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The NYHA grading after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of patients with NYHA grade I in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The stroke volume(SV)and ejection fraction(EF)were increased in both groups,and the indicators in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in both groups were reduced,and the levels in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was enhanced in both groups,and the level in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Luhuang granule combined with isosorbide mononitrate has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and it can significantly improve the cardiac function and lipid metabolism of patients,and it has no obvious adverse reactions and has good safety,thus it is a highly recommended combined treatment regimen.
