摘要:
目的:研究星蒌承气汤联合丁苯酞对缺血性脑卒中患者氧化应激、血液流变学的影响。方法:选取对照组50例采用丁苯酞治疗,联合组49例采用丁苯酞联合星蒌承气汤治疗。检测两组患者血液氧化应激指标、血液流变学参数水平、血清炎性因子水平、血流动力学水平以及临床总有效率。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脑动脉平均血流速度(Vm)水平升高,联合组高于对照组(P<0.05); 与治疗前比较,两组患者基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)、全血高切黏度、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、丙二醛(MDA)、血流阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)水平降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05); 与对照组比较,联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:星蒌承气汤联合丁苯酞作用于缺血性脑卒中患者,可调节机体内氧化应激、改善血液流变学,有较好效果。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of Xinglou Chengqi decoction combined with butylphthalide on oxidative stress and hemorheology in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 50 control patients and 49 patients in the combination group completed the treatment.The control group was treated with butylphthalide,and the combined group used butylphthalide and Xinglou Chengqi decoction,testing the level of blood oxidative stress index,blood rheological parameters,serum inflammatory factors,hemodynamic parameters and clinical total effective rate.Results:In contrast to the pre-treatment period,after the two groups of treatment,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and mean cerebral artery blood flow velocity(Vm)levels were increased.The combination group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In contrast to the pre-treatment period,after the medical treatment,in both groups of patients,internal matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9),high whole blood viscosity,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),plasma viscosity,low whole blood viscosity,tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),malondialdehyde(MDA),flow resistance index(RI),beat index(PI)levels were decreased,and the combined group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total response rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinglou Chengqi decoction combined with butylphthalide has a good effect on regulating oxidative stress and improving blood rheology in patients with ischemic stroke.
