摘要:
“善治脾者,能调五脏”出自《景岳全书》,是对脾“后天之本”生理作用的高度概括,蕴含了脏腑阴阳对立统一、平衡消长的中医整体思维。功能性消化不良(FD)是临床较为常见的一种消化系统疾病,具有脏腑气机失调的病机特点,其中以脾胃升降失衡为核心。基于五行、经络、藏象学说的基本内涵,从调理脏腑的角度探讨FD的主要治则,其中当以治脾为重点。临证治疗FD运用调理脏腑诸法,包括疏肝宣肺、理气调脾法; 益气和中、化湿醒脾法; 养肾填精、温阳补脾法; 宁心谧胆、泻热安脾法等,能够实现正邪同参、补泻兼施的治疗目的。
Abstract:
The theory of “Those who are good at curing the spleen can regulate the five internal organs” is from the Jing-yue complete works.This theory is a high generalization of the physiological role of the spleen as “the foundation of nurture”,which contains the overall thinking of unifying Yin and Yang and balancing the viscera.Functional dyspepsia is more common in clinic,with the characteristics of viscera qi machine imbalance,with the imbalance of the spleen and stomach as the core.Based on the relationship between five elements,meridians and Tibetan images,treating functional dyspepsia by regulating the viscera,focusing on the spleen.Clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia,using the treatment method of regulating the organs,including combing the gas machine,removing moisture,tonifying the kidney,calm the mind and other methods,can achieve a more systematic treatment purpose.
