摘要:
通过对中医药古籍代表著作的梳理,探究肾性水肿的病因病机、治法方药等思路方法。如《内经》提出肾性水肿与外邪、内虚有关,并且确立治则治法; 《难经》初步确立三焦、命门与肾性水肿的关系; 《伤寒论》重视外感病合并水肿的治疗; 《金匮要略》定义肾水,重视脉象; 《诸病源候论》广揽医籍,以脾肾俱虚立论,关注预后; 《千金要方》收载药食针穴,重视食疗; 《外台秘要》引经据典,总结水肿证因脉治; 《针灸甲乙经》整理针刺处方,重视保护胃气等。经过系统梳理后发现,历代医著对肾性水肿辨治框架基本完善,兼顾食疗摄养,为后世医家辨治奠定了理论基础。
Abstract:
By combing through the representative works of ancient Chinese medicine,we explore the etiology and pathogenesis of renal edema,treatment methods,prescriptions and other ideas and methods.For example,“Nei Jing” proposes that renal edema is related to external evil and internal deficiency,and establishes the treatment rules and methods; “Difficult Classic” initially establishes the relationship between Sanjiao,Mingmen and renal edema; “Treatise on Typhoid” pays attention to the treatment of edema combined with exogenous diseases; “Jinkui Yaolue” defines renal water and pays attention to pulse; “Treatise on the Origin of the Diseases” extensively summarizes medical texts,and establishes the theory based on the deficiency of both spleen and kidney,and pays attention to the prognosis; “Qianjin Yaofang” contains medicine,food and acupuncture points,and pays attention to food therapy “The Secret Principles of Wai Tai” quotes scriptures and summarizes the causes of edema and pulse treatment.“The Secret Principles of Wai Tai” summarizes the causes and treatment of edema according to the scriptures; the acupuncture and moxibustion organizes the prescription of acupuncture and attaches importance to the protection of stomach qi.After systematization,it is found that after a systematic review,the framework for the treatment of nephrogenic edema has been basically perfected in the medical writings of the past generations,taking into account food therapy and nutrition,which laid the theoretical foundation for the treatment of later generations of doctors.
