摘要:
目的:分析中药复方穴位贴敷联合心可舒片对冠心病稳定型心绞痛的干预效果。方法:选取118例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组59 例(口服心可舒片联合常规西药干预)及观察组59例(在对照组的基础上联合中药复方穴位贴敷),两组均治疗8周。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效; 比较两组治疗前后的西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分、中医证候积分、心功能指标及血液流变学指标。结果:治疗8周时观察组总有效率为91.53%,显著高于对照组的76.27%(P<0.05); 两组治疗后的SAQ量表各维度评分较治疗前升高,以观察组较为明显(P<0.05); 两组治疗后的中医证候积分、全血黏度(高切、中切、低切)及Hct值较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05); 两组治疗后的左心室射血分数(LVEF)值较治疗前升高,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左心室收缩末期内经(LVESD)值较治疗前降低,以观察组较为明显(P<0.05)。结论:中药复方穴位贴敷联合心可舒片治疗冠心病心绞痛可缓解胸痛、乏力等证候,改善血流变指标,促进心功能恢复。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the intervention effects of acupoint application of Chinese herbal compound combined with Xinkeshu tablets on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 118 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected and divided into the control group(oral Xinkeshu tablets combined with routine western medicine intervention,n=59)and the observation group(combined with acupoint application of Chinese herbal compound on the basis of the control group,n=59)by the random number table method,and both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy after treatment,as well as scores of Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ),scores of TCM syndromes,cardiac function indicators and hemorheological indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.53%,which was significantly higher than 76.27% of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of SAQ scale in the two groups after treatment were enhanced compared with those before treatment,and the above scores were more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,whole blood viscosities(high shear,middle shear,low shear)and Hct value in both groups were reduced compared to before treatment,and the above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)after treatment in both groups was increased while the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)were decreased compared to before treatment,and the indicators in the observation group were more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of Chinese herbal compound combined with Xinkeshu tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can relieve chest pain,fatigue and other syndromes,improve hemorheological indicators,and promote cardiac function recovery.
