摘要:
目的:研究苏黄止咳胶囊联合纤维支气管镜下局部肺泡灌洗治疗急性肺脓肿的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:将102例急性肺脓肿患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组患者采用常规内科综合治疗方法,观察组患者在对照组的基础上,予苏黄止咳胶囊口服联合纤维支气管镜下局部肺泡灌洗治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、症状缓解时间、肺功能指标、生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率96.08%,高于对照组的70.59%(P<0.05)。观察组患者体温恢复时间、咳嗽咳痰缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间、脓腔消失时间、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及用力肺活量(FVC)均较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组躯体疼痛、躯体功能、精力、躯体角色、情感职能、总体健康、心理卫生、社会功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊联合纤维支气管镜下局部肺泡灌洗治疗急性肺脓肿可提高临床疗效,缩短症状缓解时间,改善肺功能,提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy local lavage in the treatment of acute lung abscess and its influence on quality of life.Methods:A total of 102 patients with acute lung abscess were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional comprehensive medical treatment,while those in the experimental group were treated with oral Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with local lavage under fiberoptic bronchoscopy on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom remission time,lung function index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.59%)(P<0.05).The temperature recovery time,cough and sputum relief time,lung rales disappearance time,abscess cavity disappearance time and hospital stay time of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)in the first second of observation group were significantly improved compared with control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical function,physical pain,energy,emotional function,physical role,overall health,social function and mental health scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with local lavage under fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of acute lung abscess can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the time of symptom remission,improve lung function and the quality of life of patients.
