摘要:
目的:分析健脾益肺补肾针刺疗法联合经皮神经肌肉电刺激治疗对机械通气患者的影响。方法:选取130例机械通气患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组62例、观察组68例。共有对照组57例、观察组61例患者完成治疗。对照组采用经皮神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予健脾益肺补肾针刺疗法。比较两组患者肺部感染评分、急性生理与慢性健康(APACHE Ⅱ)评分、营养指标、免疫功能指标、肺功能指标、并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组肺部感染评分、APACHE Ⅱ评分降低(P<0.05),前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、残气量/肺总量比值(RV/TLC)、最大通气量(MVV)水平均升高(P<0.05); 观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肺补肾针刺疗法联合经皮神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪治疗干预机械通气患者,可提高肺功能,改善营养状况以及免疫功能,临床疗效理想。
Abstract:
Objective:The effect of Jianpi Yifei Bushen acupuncture therapy combined with percutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation instrument in mechanically ventilated patients was analyzed.Methods:A total of 130 patients with mechanical ventilation were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(62 cases)and observation group(68 cases)by random number table method.A total of 57 patients in the control group and 61 patients in the observation group completed the treatment.The control group was treated with percutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument,the observation group was given the acupuncture therapy of Jianpi Yifei Bushen on the basis of control group.The pulmonary infection score,acute physiological and chronic health(APACHE Ⅱ)score,nutritional index level,immune function index level,lung function index level,the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the pulmonary infection score and APACHE Ⅱ score in the observation group were decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).Prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF),ratio of residual volume to total lung volume(RV/TLC),maximum gas volume(MVV)levels were increased(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yifei Bushen acupuncture therapy combined with percutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument in the treatment of patients with mechanical ventilation can improve lung function,nutritional status and immune function,with ideal clinical efficacy.
