摘要:
目的:探讨四黄散外敷联合口服盆炎方对慢性盆腔炎患者下腹疼痛、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血沉(ESR)水平的影响。方法:90例慢性盆腔炎患者分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组以常规西医治疗,观察组增加四黄散外敷联合口服盆炎方治疗。对比两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、下腹疼痛评分、降钙素原(PCT)、hs-CRP、ESR水平及治疗安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为91.11%(41/45),高于对照组患者的73.33%(33/45)。治疗后观察组中医症候积分包括下腹胀痛、乳房胀满、经期延长、情志失调及视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组PCT、hs-CRP及ESR均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组盆腔包块、盆腔积液、附件增粗患者比率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者不良反应发生率为4.44%(2/45)、4.44%(2/45),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四黄散外敷联合口服盆炎方对慢性盆腔炎患者治疗效果显著,能够改善患者主要中医症候,降低患者下腹疼痛感,下调hs-CRP和ESR水平,治疗安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of Sihuang powder combined with Penyan formula on lower abdominal pain,hs-CRP and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods:90 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 patients.Control group treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Sihuang powder combined with Penyan formula.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,lower abdominal pain score,PCT,hs-CRP,ESR level and treatment safety were compared between two groups.Results:The observation group total effective rate was 91.11%,higher than that in the control group was 73.33%.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group,including lower abdominal pain,breast fullness,prolonged menstruation,emotional disorder and visual analogue score(VAS),were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PCT,hs-CRP and ESR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ratio of pelvic mass,pelvic effusion and adnexal thickening in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 4.44%(2/45),4.44%(2/45).Conclusion:Sihuang powder external application combined with oral Penyan formula has a significant therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammation patients.It can improve the main TCM symptoms of patients,reduce lower abdominal pain,lower the expression of hs-CRP and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and has a good therapeutic safety.
