摘要:
目的:探讨参芪活血汤联合贝前列素钠在糖尿病下肢动脉病变(DLEAD)气虚血瘀证患者中的应用效果。方法:选取DLEAD气虚血瘀证患者92例进行前瞻性研究,应用随机数字表法分为联合组(n=46)、西医组(n=46)。西医组予以常规治疗及贝前列素钠,联合组在西医组基础上联合参芪活血汤,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、踝肱指数(ABI)、血液流变学指标、血管内皮功能指标水平,统计疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组治疗3个月后总有效率91.30%高于西医组76.09%(P<0.05)。联合组治疗3个月后中医证候积分(8.42±1.68)分低于西医组的(11.37±2.04)分,ABI(0.93±0.16)高于西医组的(0.81±0.14),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗3个月后联合组血液流变学指标、血管内皮功能指标均优于西医组(均P<0.05)。治疗期间联合组不良反应总发生率13.04%与西医组10.87%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参芪活血汤联合贝前列素钠治疗DLEAD气虚血瘀证可改善血液流变学、血管内皮功能,减轻临床症状,提升疗效,且用药较安全。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore application effect of Shenqi Huoxue decoction combined with beraprost sodium in patients with diabetic lower extremity arterial disease(DLEAD)with Qixu Xueyu syndrome.Methods:92 patients with DLEAD Qixu Xueyu syndrome were selected for prospective study.They were divided into combined group(n=46)and western medicine group(n=46)by random number table method.The western medicine group were treated with routine treatment combined with beraprost sodium,on the basis of Western medicine group the combined group treated with Shenqi Huoxue decoction.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The TCM syndrome score ankle brachial index(ABI)hemorheology index and vascular endothelial function index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The curative effect and incidence of adverse reactions were counted.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 91.30% higher than that of the western medicine group 76.09%(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome score(8.42±1.68)points in the combined group was lower than that in the western medicine group(11.37±2.04)points,ABI(0.93±0.16)higher than that in the western medicine group(0.81±0.14),difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of hemorheology indexes and vascular endothelial function indexes in the combined group were better than those in the western medicine group(all P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group 13.04% and the western medicine group 10.87%(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Huoxue decoction combined with beraprost sodium can significantly improve hemorheology and vascular endothelial function in patients with DLEAD with Qixu Xueyu syndrome reducing clinical symptoms,improve efficacy and safety of medication.
