摘要:
子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是一种良性疾病,也是妇科疾病中的常见病、疑难病,但却有恶性生物学行为(如浸润、种植、复发、恶变等)。其发病原因多样,西医药物及手术干预的治疗效果不甚满意,因而寻求有效的治疗方法仍是目前妇科领域研究的重点。近年来研究发现,多条信号通路均与EMs的发生、发展密切相关,如转化生长因子β(TGF-β)/Smad、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶、Notch、Wnt蛋白1β-蛋白、磷脂酰基酶-3激酶/蛋白激酶B,并有学者从上述通路中探讨关于中医药治疗本病的疗效机制。现从这5条信号通路阐述EMs的发病机制与中医药干预的疗效结果,以期为中医药干预治疗EMs相关信号通路的相关节点提供思路参考。
Abstract:
Endometriosis(EMs)is a benign disease and a common disease in gynecology.However,it is also a refractory and complicated disease with malignant biological behavior(e.g.,infiltration,implantation,recurrence,malignancy,etc.).There are various reasons for its pathogenesis and many different explanations.The therapeutic effects of Western medicine drugs and surgical interventions are not very satisfactory,thus the search for effective treatments remains the focus of current research in the field of gynecology.Recent studies have found that several signaling pathways are closely related to the occurrence and development of EMs,such as transforming growth factor β(TGF-β)/Smad,Mitogen-activated protein kinase,Notch,Wnt protein/β-protein,and phospholipid acylase-3 kinase/protein kinase B.And some scholars have explored from the above pathways regarding the efficacy mechanism of Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.This paper presents a brief review of the pathogenesis of EMs from above five signaling pathways and the efficacy results of TCM interventions,expecting to provide a reference for the idea of TCM interventions in treating the nodes related to EMs-related signaling pathways.
