摘要:
目的:基于益气活血通络法,观察蠲痹汤加减治疗膝骨关节炎气滞血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:选取60例符合膝骨关节炎气滞血瘀证诊断的患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,观察组、对照组各30例。观察组给予蠲痹汤加减治疗,对照组给予依托考昔片治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗2周后VAS评分、WOMAC评分、临床疗效、中医证候积分、关节液中炎症因子、安全性指标。结果:治疗后观察组VAS评分、总有效率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组WOMAC评分、中医证候积分在治疗后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者关节液中TNF-α、IL-1β水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:蠲痹汤加减治疗膝骨关节炎气滞血瘀证患者临床疗效较好,该方通过降低关节内炎症反应,改善关节疼痛。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Juanbi decoction for treatment of Qizhi Xueyu syndrome in knee osteoarthritis based on Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo.Methods:60 patients with Qizhi Xueyu syndrome of knee osteoarthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group were taken orally with Juanbi decoction,and the control group were taken by etocoxib tablets.The two groups of VAS score,WOMAC score,clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,inflammatory factor in joint fluid and safety indexes were compared before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:After treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS score and total effective rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the level of TNF-α and IL-1β in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Juanbi decoction has better clinical effect on knee osteoarthritis patients with Qizhi Xueyu syndrome,which can improve joint pain by reducing intra-articular inflammation.
