摘要:
总结名中医张卫华治疗乳腺结节的诊疗思路及用药经验。张卫华认为,乳腺结节的形成是乳道不通、功不能泄所致,其主要病理因素为气、痰、瘀、毒四邪相互兼杂胶结,聚而成核,故将其病机归纳为肝气郁结、冲任失调、正气内虚三个方面,其中肝气郁结为发病的首要病机。治疗上从征、证、症三个层面辨识论治,以“消法”除征,“辨证法”治本,将“征、证、症”三者结合用以治病。整个治疗过程秉持“疏、通、消、调、补”治疗原则,标本兼治,功专力注,疗效较好。
Abstract:
Summarize Zhang Weihua's diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication experience in treating breast nodules.Zhang Weihua believes that the formation of breast nodules is caused by obstruction of mammary duct and the inability to release energy.The main pathological factors are complex combination of Qi,phlegm,blood stasis,and toxin,which form nuclei.Therefore,the pathogenesis of breast nodules can be summarized into three aspects liver Qi stagnation,imbalance of Chong Ren,and deficiency of the internal Qi.Among them,liver Qi stagnation is the primary pathogenesis of the disease.The identification and treatment are based on the three levels of sign,syndrome,symptom,and the elimination is used to eliminate the sign,the dialectic is used to treat the root cause,and the combination of sign,syndrome and symptom is used to treat the disease.The entire treatment process adheres to treatment principle of dredging,unblocking,eliminating,adjusting,and supplementing,with both symptoms and symptoms treated,strong targeted,dedicated and effective treatment.
