摘要:
绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)是中老年女性最常见的代谢性骨病,属中医学“骨痿”“骨痹”“骨枯”等范畴。导师向楠教授总结自身多年临床经验,并结合现代医学对骨质疏松症的相关研究,在“肾虚骨枯”的基础上,提出“肾虚生痰”也是加重PMOP的重要因素,并自拟补肾化痰方,从“肾虚”与“痰浊”两方面着手,以菟丝子、淫羊藿、补骨脂三药补肾填精坚骨,全瓜蒌、山楂、红曲三药化痰调脂通络,补肾化痰,强筋壮骨,标本兼治,临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is the most common metabolic bone disease in middle-aged and elderly women,which belongs to the categories of “bones flaccidity”,“bone rheumatism” and “bone withered” in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor XIANG Nan summarizes her clinical experience for many years,and combines with the related research of modern medicine on osteoporosis.On the basis of “kidney deficiency and bone withered”,she proposed that “kidney deficiency and phlegm” is also an important factor to aggravate PMOP,and self-made Bushen Huatan prescription.Starting from the two aspects of “kidney deficiency” and “phlegm turbidity”,using Cuscuta,Epimedium,and Morindae Officinalis to tonify kidney and fill in essence to strengthen the bones,and using Fructus Trichosanthis,Hawthorn,and Red Yeast Rice to dissolve phlegm and regulate the fat to dredge collaterals,to tonify kidney and dissolve phlegm,to strengthen tendons and bones,and to treat the symptom as well as the root cause,and the clinical therapeutic effect is remarkable.
