摘要:
围绝经期抑郁是妇女在绝经前后产生的一种精神疾病,主要以潮热盗汗,失眠抑郁,烦躁焦虑为主要表现。现治疗围绝经期抑郁的方式主要是抗抑郁药物与激素,其依赖性强、不良反应大,需要继续寻求更为健康的治疗方法。针刺作为一种中医传统治疗方法,因其简便、安全,被国内外医师运用于治疗各种疾病。针刺治疗围绝经期抑郁已被证明有确切疗效,其相关机制研究也有文献记载。笔者归纳整理针刺治疗围绝经期抑郁的相关文献,对针刺治疗围绝经期抑郁的临床和机制研究进展进行总结说明,旨在为临床治疗围绝经期抑郁提供新的思路与方法,同时为针刺治疗本病提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Perimenopausal depression is a mental illness produced in women before and after menopause, mainly with hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, depression, irritability and anxiety as the main manifestations.Now the treatment of perimenopausal depression is mainly antidepressant drugs and hormones, which have strong dependence and great side effects, and continue to seek more healthy treatment methods.As a traditional Chinese treatment method, acupuncture is used by doctors at home and abroad to treat various diseases because of its simplicity and safety.Acupuncture has been shown to have definite efficacy in the treatment of perimenopausal depression, and its related mechanisms have been documented.The author summarized and sorted out the relevant literature of acupuncture treatment of perimenopausal depression, summarized the clinical and mechanism research progress of acupuncture treatment of perimenopausal depression, aiming to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of perimenopausal depression, and provide theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of perimenopausal depression.
