摘要:
总结全国名中医杨骏教授运用精细化针灸治疗难治性面瘫的临床经验。杨骏教授基于多年临床经验,总结出精细化针灸的思想,其以辨病、证、经络为基础,以调神为先、形神并调为要点,以中医针灸理论与西医解剖学相结合为核心,以浅透刺法、滞针提拉法、健侧平衡法等特色手法为关键,以精细化电针、温针灸、针灸时间把控为重点,从理、法、方、穴、术到病、证、医、护、养的全过程均贯穿精细化思想。杨骏教授将针灸的每个环节最佳措施组合实施,使治疗效果发挥到极致,为针灸治疗难治性面瘫提供新思路。
Abstract:
Summarizing the clinical experience of Prof.Yang Jun,a national famous Chinese medicine practitioner,in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis with refined acupuncture and moxibustion.Based on years of clinical experience,Prof.Yang Jun summarized the idea of refined acupuncture,which is based on disease identification,evidence,meridians and collaterals,based on regulating god as the first point,and regulating form and god as the main point,based on the core of combining the theory of Chinese medicine and acupuncture and western anatomy,based on the key of shallow penetrating stabbing method,stagnant needle lifting method,healthy side balance method and other special techniques,based on the key of refined electro-acupuncture,warm acupuncture,and the focus of the control of time of acupuncture,and the whole process of the treatment of facial palsy from the reasoning,method,formula,acupuncture points and technique to the disease,evidence,medical treatment,care and maintenance are all through the idea of refined.Prof.Yang Jun has combined the best measures of each part of acupuncture to maximize the therapeutic effect and provide new ideas for acupuncture treatment of refractory facial paralysis.
