摘要:
阐述“体脏合痹-瘀”理论在类风湿关节炎合并心血管疾病(RA-CVD)发病过程中的重要性。“瘀”作为RA-CVD与“体脏合痹”的纽带,既是RA-CVD发病机制,又是体脏合痹的核心理念。“脉络瘀阻”是RA-CVD的核心病机又是RA-CVD的发病基础,而“浊瘀毒邪”阻滞贯穿始终,并将“活血化瘀”“豁痰行瘀”作为RA-CVD久病入络的基本治疗原则,多法合用,为中医临床辨治RA-CVD提供理论依据和诊疗思路。
Abstract:
Describe importance of theory of body-organ combination paralysis-stasis in pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis combined with cardiovascular disease(RA-CVD),on the basis of which stasis as the link between RA-CVD and body-organ combination paralysis was both pathogenesis and core concept of RA-CVD,while pulse and vein stasis was the core pathogenesis of RA-CVD.Stasis as the link between RA-CVD and body-organ combination paralysis was both pathogenesis of RA-CVD and core concept of body-organ combination paralysis,while stasis in the veins and channels was the core mechanism and pathogenesis of RA-CVD,turbid stasis and toxicity.The turbid stasis and poisonous evil blockage was found throughout the whole process,and activating blood circulation,removing stasis and exempting phlegm.Promoting stasis were the basic treatment principles for RA-CVD,combined to provide the oretical basis and diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of RA-CVD in traditional Chinese medicine.
