摘要:
苦参碱以剂量依赖方式诱导白血病细胞凋亡、自噬和分化,有效抑制人急性髓系白血病细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力。急性髓系白血病细胞中苦参碱具有早期自噬诱导剂和晚期自噬抑制剂的双重功效。其抗HL60细胞作用机制主要涉及激活Caspase死亡受体途径,诱导线粒体及内质网应激,诱发线粒体和内质网应激,增强癌细胞对放疗、化疗的敏感度。苦参碱通过强化机体免疫调节功能,发挥抗癌作用,在放化疗过程中有效抵御免疫抑制引发的毒性及不良反应。整理苦参碱在抗白血病近年的药理研究,探讨未来研究方向与策略。
