摘要:
慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)是一种临床表现多样的复杂疾病,目前尚未有专门针对CFS的特定药物。研究揭示肠道菌群失衡与CFS的发生发展之间存在着密切关联。现以肠道菌群为切入点,阐明肠道菌群影响脑-肠-菌轴相关代谢产物、肠道黏膜屏障、免疫炎症反应参与CFS的作用机制,并系统总结归纳中药单体、中药复方、中医外治法调节肠道菌群治疗CFS的最新进展,为CFS的中医治疗方案制定提供科学依据和创新思路,同时也为未来研究方向指明了可能的新路径。
