摘要:
白背叶为大戟科野桐属植物,叶或根均可入药,传统上常用于治疗肝炎。近年来随着化学和药理研究的不断深入,发现白背叶还具有抗肝纤维化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抑菌、抗病毒等药理作用;其主要化学成分为苯并吡喃类及其衍生物、黄酮类、萜类、苯丙素类、有机酸类等类型。本文对白背叶的化学成分和药理作用进行归纳整理,为其后续研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Mallotus apelta is a plant of Mallotus Lour genus in the Euphorbiaceae family,and its leaves or roots can be used as medicine,which is traditionally used to treat hepatitis.In recent years,with the deepening of chemical and pharmacological research,it has been found that the Mallotus apelta also has pharmacological effects such as anti-liver fibrosis,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antibacterial,and antiviral.Its main chemical components are benzopyrans and their derivatives,flavonoids,terpenoids,phenylpropanoids,organic acids and other types.In this paper,the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Mallotus apelta were summarized to provide a reference for its follow-up research.
