摘要:
目的：探究加减健脾补肾泄浊汤联合中药足浴治疗高尿酸血症（HUA）临床疗效及对患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法：选取80例HUA（脾虚痰浊型）患者，使用信封随机法分为对照组、观察组，每组40例；对照组接受常规治疗，观察组接受加减健脾补肾泄浊汤联合中药足浴治疗。比较两组临床疗效、糖脂代谢指标、肾功能指标、炎症因子水及治疗期间痛风发生情况。结果：观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、总胆固醇（TG）及三酰甘油（TC）水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，治疗后两组血清尿素氮（BUN）、尿酸（SUA）、血肌酐（Scr）水平均降低，且观察组BUN、SUA、Scr水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，治疗后两组黄嘌呤氧化酶（XOD）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平均降低，且观察组XOD、hs-CRP水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗期间，观察组痛风发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：加减健脾补肾泄浊汤联合中药足浴治疗HUA患者临床疗效显著，可以显著改善患者的糖脂代谢和肾功能，并减少炎症因子水平及痛风发生率。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Jianpi Bushen Xiezhuo decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in the treatment of hyperuricemia (HUA) and the impact on glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods:A total of 80 patients with HUA (spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome) were selected and randomized to the control group and the observation group using the envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with modified Jianpi Bushen Xiezhuo decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath.Clinical efficacy,glucose and lipid metabolism indicators,renal function indicators,inflammatory factor levels,and incidence of gout during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,fasting plasma glucose (FPG),glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c),total cholesterol (TG) and triglyceride (TC) levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum uric acid (SUA),serum creatinine (Scr),xanthine oxidase (XOD) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels in both groups were decreased,and the levels were lower in the observation group (P<0.05).The incidence of gout in the observation group during treatment was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Jianpi Bushen Xiezhuo decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath is markedly effective in treating patients with HUA since it can significantly improve the patient’s glucose and lipid metabolism and renal function,lower the levels of inflammatory factors and reduce the incidence of gout.
