摘要:
彭培初教授认为阳气的周流是维系机体正常生理的根本，而阳气亏虚、运化无力是导致气、血、痰、食、水、虫等实邪积聚，进而造成多种男科疾病的重要原因。治疗上遵循温消并举的原则，以温法散寒、补益脾肾，以消法祛除寒湿、瘀血等实邪，兼顾扶正祛邪，取得显著临床效果。本文从阳和汤治疗晚期前列腺癌、暖肝煎治疗精索静脉曲张、天麻方治疗代谢综合征伴发勃起功能障碍、小续命汤治疗输尿管结石、温经汤治疗少弱精子症五个部分出发，对彭教授温消并举的诊治经验进行探析，从中挖掘其宝贵的学术精粹，以期为临床提供新的思路和方法。附典型医案以论证。
Abstract:
Professor PENG Peichu believes that the circulation of Yang energy is the foundation for maintaining normal physiological functions of the body.The deficiency of Yang energy and the weakened transformation and transportation lead to the accumulation of pathogenic factors such as Qi,blood,phlegm,food,water,and parasites,which in turn cause various and rological diseases.In treatment,the principle of warming and eliminating together is followed.Warming methods are used to dispel cold and tonify the spleen and kidney,while eliminating methods are used to remove pathogenic factors such as cold-dampness and blood stasis.Both tonifying and expelling pathogenic factors are taken into account,achieving significant clinical effects.This paper explores Professor PENG’s experience in diagnosis and treatment based on the principle of warming and eliminating together,starting from five parts:Yanghe Tang for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer,Nuan Gan Jian for the treatment of varicocele,Tianma Fang for the treatment of erectile dysfunction associated with metabolic syndrome,Xiao Xuming Tang for the treatment of ureteral calculi,and Wenjing Tang for the treatment of oligoasthenospermia.It aims to explore his valuable academic essence and provide new ideas and methods for clinical practice.Typical medical cases are attached to demonstrate the argument.
