摘要:
黄芪、龙葵是韩明向教授治疗晚期肺癌的常用药对，体现了其“三法同治”的学术思想。韩教授认为晚期肺癌病机复杂，属“本虚标实”，以“虚、郁、热、痰、瘀、毒”为关键，治疗需统筹兼顾。黄芪性甘温，功擅补肺益气、利水消肿；龙葵性苦寒，长于清热解毒、活血散瘀。二者配伍，一补一泄、一升一降、一温一寒，形成动态平衡，实现“气血同治”“上下同治”与“寒温同治”的协同效应。现代药理研究证实，黄芪-龙葵中多种活性成分具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤作用。韩教授临证自拟芪玉三龙方治疗晚期肺癌患者，该药对及其方剂在临床应用中疗效显著，能有效改善患者症状，提高生活质量，体现了中医药在晚期肺癌综合治疗中的独特优势与系统调控思维，值得进一步探索研究。
Abstract:
Astragalus membranaceus and solanum nigrum are the commonly used pairs of drugs by Professor HAN Mingxiang for treating advanced lung cancer,which reflects his academic thought of “treating the three methods simultaneously”.Professor HAN believes that the pathogenesis of advanced lung cancer is complex,belonging to “deficiency at the root and excess at the symptoms”,with “deficiency,depression,heat,phlegm,blood stasis and toxicity” as the key factors.Treatment should be comprehensive and balanced.Astragalus membranaceus is sweet and warm in nature.It is good at tonifying the lungs and benefiting qi,promoting diuresis and reducing swelling.Nightshade is bitter and cold in nature,and is good at clearing heat,detoxifying,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The combination of the two,one tonifying and one draining,one ascending and one descending,one warming and one cooling,forms a dynamic balance,achieving a synergistic effect of “treating qi and blood simultaneously”,“treating the upper and lower parts simultaneously” and “treating cold and warm simultaneously”.Modern pharmacological research has confirmed that various active components in Astragalus membranaceus and Solanum nigrum have immunomodulatory and anti-tumor effects.Professor HAN independently formulated the Qiyu Sanlong Formula in clinical practice to treat patients with advanced lung cancer.This drug and its formula have shown remarkable efficacy in clinical application,effectively alleviating patients’ symptoms and enhancing their quality of life.It demonstrates the unique advantages and systematic regulatory thinking of traditional Chinese medicine in the comprehensive treatment of advanced lung cancer and is worthy of further exploration and research.
