摘要:
在肿瘤的发生和发展过程中,癌症细胞与周围的微环境相互作用共同推动肿瘤的进展。自噬作为机体的一种调节机制,在肿瘤微环境中发挥的作用复杂且多面,对肿瘤的治疗、进展会产生不同影响。中医药治疗对于肿瘤细胞自噬具有增强、抑制或双向调控等多重作用,它可以重塑肿瘤微环境,防治肿瘤的转移复发。通过总结近年来中医药通过调控自噬重塑肿瘤微环境以发挥抗肿瘤作用的相关文献,探讨相关分子机制,以期为后期新型治疗策略的研发提供重要的理论基础。
Abstract:
During the development and progression of tumors,cancer cells interact with the surrounding microenvironment,collectively promoting tumor progression.Autophagy,as a self-regulatory mechanism of the body,plays a complex and multifaceted role in the tumor microenvironment,exerting varying effects on tumor treatment and progression.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) exerts multiple effects including enhancing,inhibiting,or bidirectionally regulating tumor cell autophagy.Additionally,it can reshape the tumor-associated microenvironment and help prevent tumor metastasis and recurrence.By reviewing recent literature on TCM-mediated autophagy regulation and tumor microenvironment remodeling in cancer treatment,this study explores the underlying molecular mechanisms,providing an important theoretical foundation for the future development of novel therapeutic strategies.
