摘 要 目的：研究大秦艽汤治疗颈椎病性高血压的临床疗效及对临床指标的影响。方法：选取108例颈椎病性高血压患者作为研究资料，将入选患者均分为对照组与观察组，对照组采取常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予大秦艽汤化裁治疗，两组均以3个月为1个疗程；治疗1疗程后，评估两组的临床疗效，观察两组患者24 h动态血压水平、血压节律、颈椎功能障碍的变化情况；随访6个月，统计两组复发率。结果：观察组整体疗效水平优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者24 h收缩压、24 h舒张压、收缩压负荷、舒张压负荷、CV、NDI、血压昼夜节律均较治疗前改善，且观察组均优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后6个月，观察组复发率为14.81%，对照组复发率为38.89%， 观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：大秦艽汤治疗颈椎病性高血压疗效理想，可有效改善患者的颈椎功能与血压水平及血压节律变化。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To study the effect of Daqinjiao decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic hypertension and its influence on clinical indicators. Methods:A total of 108 patients with cervical spondylotic hypertension were admitted. All patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine treatment, the observation group received Daqinjiao decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was evaluated after one course of treatment. The changes of 24 h dynamic blood pressure level, blood pressure rhythm and cervical dysfunction were compared in the 2 groups. The follow-up time was more than 6 months, and the recurrence rate of the 2 groups was calculated. Results:The overall curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, respectively (P<0.05). After treatment, 24 h systolic blood pressure, 24 h diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure load, diastolic blood pressure load, CV, NDI and blood pressure circadian rhythm of the 2 groups were improved compared with those before treatment (all P<0.05), and the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the recurrence rate was 14.81% in the observation group and was 38.89% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of Daqinjiao decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic hypertension can effectively improve the cervical function, blood pressure level and blood pressure rhythm.
