摘 要 目的：观察宁脉安神颗粒对女性更年期高血压患者中医证候及血压变异性的影响。方法：将确诊为女性更年期高血压12级辨证为阴虚阳亢证的80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例。对照组每天早上口服1次缬沙坦80 mg，治疗组在对照组基础上加服宁脉安神颗粒早晚各1袋。8周为1个疗程。记录两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分。使用动态血压仪监测两组治疗前后24 h平均舒张压（24 h DBP）、24 h平均收缩压（24 h SBP）、24 h平均舒张压变异性（24 h DBPV）和24 h平均收缩压变异性（24 h SBPV）。结果：治疗8周后，中医证候积分疗效治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。降压总有效率治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。24 h DBP 和24 h SBP治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05），24 h DBPV和24 h SBPV治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：宁脉安神颗粒改善了女性更年期高血压患者的临床症状，提高了降压疗效，降低了血压变异性。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To observe the effects of Ningmai Anshen granule on TCM syndrome and blood pressure variability in women with climacteric hypertension.Methods：80 cases of female menopausal hypertension with grade 12 syndrome which were differentiated as Yinxu Yangkang were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases each.The control group took valsartan 80mg orally once a day in the morning.In the treatment group, apart from the control group, 1 bag of Ningmai Anshen granule were taken daily in the morning and evening and 8 weeks were taken for one course of the treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups.The 24 h mean diastolic blood pressure (24 h DBP), 24 h mean systolic blood pressure (24 h SBP), 24 h mean diastolic blood pressure variability (24 h DBPV) and 24h mean systolic blood pressure variability (24 h SBPV) before and after treatment were monitored by a 24hour dynamic blood pressure monitor.Results：After 8 weeks of treatment, TCM syndrome scores of treatment group were better than the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P＜0.05).The 24h DBP and 24h SBP were lower in the treatment group than the control group, the 24h DBPV and 24h SBPV were lower in the treatment group than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Ningmai Anshen granule improved the clinical symptoms of female menopausal hypertensive patients, enhanced effect of valsartan, and decreased the blood pressure variability.
