摘要:
本文基于络病理论,将慢性萎缩性胃炎归属为胃络病的范围,以气络、血络为切入点,并阅读医学典籍结合慢性萎缩性胃炎的病理学特点,提出慢性萎缩性胃炎“气络失和、毒损血络”的病机观点,认为本病以气络失和、胃络空虚为先,中焦脾胃气虚,气络失和,脾胃无法发挥其正常的生理功能,则气血化生乏源,气血亏虚,胃络失养,或痰浊、瘀血内生,痰瘀互结,久郁不化而化热,伤气入血成瘀,更伤血络,进一步久而化毒后,毒损血络,发为慢性萎缩性胃炎。故本病以络虚为先、通补胃气,培护中焦之本,正气内充,诸邪可祛,祛痰化瘀、解毒防变,结合胃镜技术,提高临床治疗效果。
Abstract:
Based on the theory of collaterals disease,this paper classifies chronic atrophic gastritis as the scope of gastric collaterals disease,taking Qi collaterals and blood collaterals as the starting point,and reading the medical classics and combining the pathological characteristics of chronic atrophic gastritis,puts forward the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis,which is “Qi collaterals lose harmony and poison damage blood collaterals”.It is believed that this disease is preceded by Qi collaterals lose harmony and empty stomach collaterals,spleen stomach Qi deficiency and Qi collaterals in Zhongjiao loss of harmony,spleen and stomach can not play its normal physiological function,then Qi and blood turn to lack of source,deficiency of Qi and blood,loss of nourishment of gastric collaterals,or phlegm turbid,blood stasis endogenous,phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot,long-term depression does not turn to heat,hurt Qi into blood stasis,more hurt blood collaterals,and after further long-term detoxification,the poison damages blood collaterals,resulting in chronic atrophic gastritis.Therefore,the treatment of this disease should be based on the deficiency of collaterals,tonifying stomach Qi,cultivating the root of Zhongjiao,invigorating Qi,removing pathogenic factors,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis,detoxifying and preventing changes.Combined with gastroscope technology,the clinical treatment effect can be improved.
