摘要:
目的:观察“深刺纳阳”针法联合中频电脑治疗仪治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法:选取143例卒中后吞咽障碍患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=71)和观察组(n=72),对照组给予中频电脑治疗仪治疗,观察组给予“深刺纳阳”针法联合中频电脑治疗仪治疗,两组疗程均为4周,对比两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、吞咽功能、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、运动功能(Fugl-Meyer)评分和不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后4周,两组中医症候积分和洼田饮水试验(WST)评分、NIHSS评分均降低,吞咽功能评估量表(GUSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer评分升高(均P<0.05),且观察组中医症候积分和WST、NIHSS评分低于对照组,GUSS、Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:“深刺纳阳”针法联合中频电脑治疗仪治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效显著,可促进吞咽、神经及运动功能恢复,且安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of “deep needling and yang absorption” acupuncture combined with medium frequency computer therapy instrument in treating post-stroke dysphagia.Methods:143 patients with post-stroke dysphagia were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=71)and an observation group(n=72).The control group was treated with medium frequency computer therapy instrument,and the observation group was treated with “deep needling and yang absorption” acupuncture combined with medium frequency computer therapy instrument.Both groups underwent 4 weeks of treatment.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,swallowing function,the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,motor function(Fugl-Meyer)score and adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,water swallow test(WST)scores and NIHSS scores of both groups decreased,the gugging swallowing screen(GUSS)scores and Fugl-Meyer scores increased(all P<0.05).Meanwhile,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,WST score and NIHSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the GUSS score and Fugl-Meyer score were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of “deep needling and yang absorption” acupuncture and medium frequency computer therapy instrument is significantly effective for post-stroke dysphagia,which can promote the recovery of swallowing function,neurological function and motor function,with high safety.
