摘要:
目的:探究局部正骨推拿配合针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛疗效及对中医症候和功能恢复的影响。方法:选取颈肩腰腿痛患者110例,以随机数字分组法均分为对照组及观察组,对照组采用局部正骨推拿治疗,观察组采用局部正骨推拿配合针灸治疗。比较两组患者的中医症候积分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颈椎/腰椎评估治疗分数(JOA)、肩关节评分(CMS)、肢体运动功能评估量表(FMA)、颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)、功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]等。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组治疗总有效率、JOA、CMS、FMA、CASCS评分及SOD水平较对照组高(均P<0.05); 观察组中医症候积分、VAS评分、ODI评分及MDA水平均较对照组低(均P<0.05)。结论:局部正骨推拿结合针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛能够提高疗效,改善局部血液循环及氧化应激反应,缓解肌肉紧张和疼痛。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the efficacy of local bone-setting massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treating neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain and its influence on TCM symptom and functional recovery.Methods:110 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain were selected and evenly divided into control group and observation group by means of the random number table.The control group was treated with local bone-setting massage,and the observation group was given local bone-setting massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The TCM syndrome score,visual analogue scale(VAS),cervical/lumbar spine japanese orthopedics association(JOA),shoulder joint score(CMS),limb motor function assessment scale(FMA),clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS)and oswestry disability index(ODI)and oxidative stress indicators [malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)] were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After one month of treatment,the effective rate of treatment,JOA scores,CMS score,FMA score,CASCS score and SOD level in observation group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05),while the TCM syndrome score,VAS score,ODI score and MDA level were lower compared to control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Local bone-setting massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain can enhance the efficacy,improve the local blood circulation and oxidative stress response,relieve the muscle tension and pain.
