摘要:
目的：探讨芪参活血化瘀汤治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取 103例桡骨远端骨折患者，随机分为研究组51例和对照组 52例。对照组采取常规手法复位和小夹板固定，研究组在此基础上采取芪参活血化瘀汤治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、患肢软组织肿胀缓解时间和骨折愈合时间、腕关节功能、腕关节活动度、桡偏角和尺偏角。结果：研究组治疗2、4、8周后的中医证候积分低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。研究组患肢软组织肿胀缓解时间和骨折愈合时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组患肢腕关节功能优良率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组治疗2、4、8周后的腕关节活动度大于对照组（均P＜0.05）。研究组治疗2、4、8周后的桡偏角、尺偏角大于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论：芪参活血化瘀汤治疗桡骨远端骨折可明显改善临床症状，缩短患肢软组织肿胀缓解时间和骨折愈合时间，提高患者关节活动度，改善关节功能。
Abstract:
Objective:Explore clinical efficacy of Qishen Huoxue Huayu decoction in treating distal radius fractures.Methods:A total of 103 patients with distal radius fractures were selected and randomly divided into study group (51 cases) and control group (52 cases).The control group received conventional manual reduction and small splint fixation,while the study group were treated with Qishen Huoxue Huayu decoction on this basis.The TCM syndrome scores,soft tissue swelling relief time and fracture healing time of the affected limb,wrist joint function,wrist joint range of motion,radial deviation angle,and ulnar deviation angle were compared between the two groups.Results:The TCM syndrome scores of the study group at 2,4,and 8 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group (all P＜0.05).The soft tissue swelling relief time and fracture healing time of the affected limb in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The excellent and good rate of wrist joint function in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The wrist joint range of motion in the study group at 2,4,and 8 weeks after treatment were greater than those in the control group (all P＜0.05).The radial deviation angle and ulnar deviation angle in the study group at 2,4,and 8 weeks after treatment were greater than those in the control group (all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Huoxue Huayu decoction in treatment of distal radius fractures can significantly improve clinical symptoms,shorten the soft tissue swelling relief time and fracture healing time of the affected limb,increase the patient’s joint range of motion,and improve joint function.
