摘要:
胃癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤，其显著的异质性是导致疾病诊疗复杂性的关键特征。当前胃癌的临床治疗策略虽呈现多元化发展趋势，但仍存在一些关键性问题亟需突破。Hedgehog信号通路参与从正常胃黏膜发生病变，逐步演化至胃癌形成的全过程。深入挖掘Hedgehog信号通路，调控胃黏膜病变细胞的内在机制，为胃癌的治疗和预防提供新方向。中药通过干预Hedgehog信号通路，影响胃黏膜上皮细胞癌变过程以及胃癌细胞的增殖、侵袭、血管新生和凋亡等生物学行为。本文系统梳理相关研究，针对中药单体及中药复方介导Hedgehog信号通路的抗胃癌作用及干预癌前病变的分子机制，为胃癌的分子靶向治疗及临床诊疗新策略提供依据。
Abstract:
Gastric cancer is a prevalent malignant tumor in clinical settings.Its remarkable heterogeneity serves as a pivotal characteristic contributing to complexity of disease diagnosis and treatment.Currently,although the clinical treatment strategies for gastric cancer exhibit a diverse development trend,several crucial issues still demand urgent resolution.The Hedgehog signaling pathway is implicated in the entire progression from the onset of lesions in normal gastric mucosa to the eventual formation of gastric cancer.Thoroughly uncovering the underlying mechanisms by which the Hedgehog signaling pathway regulates gastric mucosal lesion cells can offer novel perspectives for the treatment and prevention of gastric cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) influences the carcinogenic process of gastric mucosal epithelial cells and biological behaviors of gastric cancer cells,including proliferation,invasion,angiogenesis,and apoptosis,by intervening in the Hedgehog signaling pathway.This paper systematically collates relevant research.By targeting the anti-gastric cancer effects of TCM monomers and compound prescriptions mediated by the Hedgehog signaling pathway and the molecular mechanisms underlying their intervention in precancerous lesions.It provides a foundation for molecular targeted therapy and innovative clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies for gastric cancer.
