摘要:
目的:探讨以针灸为主的中医治疗在神经根性颈椎病中的应用效果分析。方法:选取90例神经根性颈椎病患者,按照治疗方法分为A组(n=30)、B组(n=30)、C组(n=30),其中A组采用牵引、推拿进行治疗,B组患者采用中药进行治疗,C组则在A组和B组的基础上加以实施穴位针灸治疗。分别对三组患者治疗前、治疗1个月后和3个月后的NPQ量表评分进行评估,同时比较三组患者的临床疗效、VAS、JOA评分。随访6个月,比较三组患者SF-36生活质量量表评分。结果:经比较,三组患者治疗前的NPQ量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1个月、3个月后的NPQ量表评分、JOA、VAS疼痛评分明显优于治疗前,且C组患者的评分明显优于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); C组患者的临床总有效率93.34%高于其他两组(P<0.05),且C组患者的SF-36量表亦优于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸为主治疗神经根性颈椎病的近期疗效显著,能有效缓解患者的颈痛症状,提高患者预后的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture-based traditional Chinese medicine treatment on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:90 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected and divided into group A(n=30),group B(n=30),and group C(n=30),of which group A was treated with traction and massage,group B patients were treated with Chinese medicine,and group C was treated with acupuncture on the basis of groups A and B.The NPQ scores of the three groups were evaluated before treatment,1 month after treatment,and 3 months after treatment,and the clinical efficacy,Vas,and JOA scores of the three groups were compared.Followed up for 6 months,and compared the SF-36 quality of life scale scores among the three groups of patients.Results:After comparison,the three groups of patients had no significant difference in NPQ scale scores before treatment(P>0.05).The NPQ scale scores,JOA,and VAS pain scores after 1 month and 3 months of treatment were significantly better than those before treatment.And the scores of patients in group C were significantly better than those in the other two groups,with a significant difference(P<0.05); the total clinical effective rate of patients in group C was 93.34% higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),and the SF-36 of patients in group C The scale was also better than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture and moxibustion-based traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of radicular cervical spondylosis has significant short-term effects,can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with neck pain,improve the quality of life of patients.
