摘要:
目的:探讨针刺联合拔罐运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)疗效及对骨代谢指标、炎症因子的影响。方法:将90例KOA患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组应用针刺联合拔罐治疗,治疗组给予针刺联合拔罐运动疗法,比较两组中医症状评分、膝关节WOMAC评分、血清BGP、OPG、CTX-I、IL-17、TGF-β1、APN水平,及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后治疗组主要中医症状膝痛、肌肉瘦削、关节屈伸不利评分均低于对照组,治疗组膝关节WOMAC疼痛、僵硬、功能评分均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清IL-17、TGF-β1、APN、CTX- I水平低于对照组,BGP、OPG水平均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论:针刺联合拔罐运动疗法可降低KOA患者中医证候和疼痛、僵硬、功能评分,改善骨代谢指标和炎症因子水平,治疗效果较好。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with cupping kinesitherapy on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and its effect on bone metabolism and inflammatory factors.Methods:90 patients with KOA were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with acupuncture combined with cupping.The treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with cupping kinesitherapy.The TCM symptom score,knee WOMAC score,serum BGP,OPG,CTX-I,IL-17,TGF-β 1 and APN levels were compared between the two groups.The total effective rates of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of knee pain,muscle lean,joint flexion and extension disadvantageous after treatment of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of WOMAC pain,stiffness and function in the knee joint were lower than those of the control group,differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-17,TGF-β1,APN,and CTX-I in the serum were lower than those of the control group,the levels of BGP and OPG were higher than those of the control group,differences statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with cupping kinesitherapy can reduce the syndrome,pain,stiffness and functional score of KOA patients,improve the level of bone metabolism index and inflammatory factors,and it has significant effect in the treatment of KOA.
