摘 要 目的：观察柔筋调脊针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）所致慢性腰腿痛的临床疗效。 方法：将100例LDH患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，最后纳入统计分析的病例数为93例，观察组46例，对照组47例。对照组采用传统针刺法，观察组采用柔筋调脊针法，两组针刺治疗均为30min/次，1次/d，每周治疗5次为1个疗程，共治疗两个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗5次、治疗结束以及随访期视觉模拟评分（VAS）、日本骨科学会的下腰痛评分表（JOA）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）的变化。 结果：两组在治疗5次、治疗后以及随访期的VAS评分、JOA评分和ODI较治疗前均有改善（均P＜0.05），且观察组优于对照组（均P＜0.05）。两组治疗后、随访期VAS评分、JOA评分和ODI优于治疗5次（均P＜0.05）。两组随访期VAS评分、JOA评分和ODI均劣于治疗后（均P＜0.05）。 结论：与传统针刺法相比，柔筋调脊针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）所致慢性腰腿痛的疗效更好。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To observe the clinical effects of soft muscle and adjust spine acupuncture on chronic low back and leg pain caused by lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods：A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into an observation group（50 cases） and a control group（50 cases）. Finally，93 cases were included in the statistical analysis，46 cases in the observation group and 47 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture，while the observation group was treated with soft muscle and adjust spine acupuncture. Each treatment lasted 30 min，5 times a week，The treatment was provided continuously for 2 weeks.Separately，before，5 times after treatment and at the end of the treatment，as well as after the followup visit，the Visual analogue scale （VAS），Japanese orthopaedic association scores（JOA） and Oswestry disability index （ODI） were observed. Results The VAS score，JOA score and ODI of the two groups were improved at 5 times after treatment and at the end of treatment，as well as the followup visit （all P ＜ 0.05），and the results in the observation group were better than those in the control group （all P ＜ 0.05）. The VAS score，JOA score and ODI of the two groups at the end of treatment and the followup visit were better than those at 5 times after treatment （all P＜0.05）. The VAS score and ODI of the two groups during the followup visit were separately higher than those at the end of treatment （all P＜0.05），and the JOA scores were lower than those at the end of treatment （all P＜0.05）. Conclusion：Soft muscle and adjust spine acupuncture achieve better effect than the traditional acupuncture.
