摘要:
目的:探讨针灸联合门德尔松手法对中风后吞咽困难患者吞咽功能的影响。方法:选取90例中风后吞咽困难患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各45例,对照组采用吞咽康复训练; 研究组在对照组治疗的基础上采用针灸联合门德尔松手法治疗。对比两组中医证候积分、吞咽功能、神经功能指标及生活质量,统计临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组中医证候积分、吞咽功能、神经功能指标及生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后,两组中医证候积分、吞咽功能、神经功能指标及生活质量评分均较治疗前改善,与对照组相比,研究组临床疗效、中医证候积分、吞咽功能、神经功能指标及生活质量评分改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合门德尔松手法可改善中风后吞咽困难患者吞咽功能,临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Mendelssohn's manipulation on the improvement of swallowing function in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:90 patients with post-stroke dysphagia were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group received swallowing rehabilitation training.The study group used acupuncture combined with Mendelssohn's manipulation based on the treatment of the control group.Compared the two groups of TCM syndrome score,swallowing function,neurological function indexes and quality of life,and calculate the clinical efficacy.Results:Before treatment,TCM syndrome score,swallowing function,nerve function index and quality of life score of two groups were compared,had no statistically different(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,swallowing function,neurological function index and quality of life score of two groups were improved compared with before treatment.Compared with the control group,clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,swallowing function,neurological function index and quality of life score of the study group were improved more obviously,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Mendelssohn's maneuver can improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke,and the clinical effect is significant.
