摘要:
目的:研究六月雪对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组及六月雪组,每组10只,通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素的方法建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型。干预6周后,比较各组大鼠的空腹血糖(FBG)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)及24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h-UP); HE染色及PAS染色观察肾脏组织病理的变化,计算并比较各组病理评分; ELISA法检测各组大鼠肾脏组织中TGF-β1及IL-6的表达水平并进行比较。结果:六月雪组大鼠的FBG、BUN、Scr及24 h-UP较模型组降低(P<0.01); 与模型组比较,六月雪组大鼠的肾脏病理改变有所减轻,病理评分降低(P<0.01); 与模型组比较,六月雪组大鼠TGF-β1及IL-6表达有所下降(P<0.05)。结论:六月雪能够改善肾功能,减少尿蛋白,减轻肾脏损伤,其肾脏保护作用可能与TGF-β1及IL-6的表达下调有关。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the protective effect of Serissa serissoides(DC.)Druce(SSD)on diabetic nephropathy rats.Methods:Thirty rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group and SSD group.Each group has 10 rats.Diabetic nephropathy rat model was established by STZ.After intervention for 6 weeks,fasting blood glucose(FBG),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)and 24 h-urinary protein(24 h-UP)were compared in each group.Pathological changes of kidney tissue were observed by HE and PAS staining,and pathological score was also compared.TGF-β1 and IL-6 in kidney tissue were detected by ELISA tissue.Results:The results showed that compared with the model group,the SSD group can decrease the FBG,Scr,BUN and 24 h-UP(P<0.01).In terms of renal histopathology,we can see the SSD group can improve the kidney pathological changes of rats and reduce the pathological score(P<0.01).The level of TGF-β1 and IL-6 can be reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:SSD can protect renal function,reduce urinary protein and improve kidney damage.And its protective effects on renal may be related to the reduced expression of TGF-β1 and IL-6.
