摘要:
目的:探究温针灸联合通痹活络汤对脑梗死恢复期患者疗效、肢体功能及吞咽功能恢复的影响。方法:选取156例脑梗死恢复期患者,采用随机抽签法将其分成对照组和试验组,各78例,对照组患者采用通痹活络汤治疗,试验组采用温针灸联合通痹活络汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、治疗后的肢体恢复状况、治疗前及治疗30 d后神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、肢体运动功能(FMA)评分、平衡力、日常生活能力量表(AADL)评分、吞咽造影检查(VFSS)评分及并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,试验组的治疗总有效率(91.03%)明显高于对照组(78.21%)(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后的FMA、平衡力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后NIHSS评分较治疗前均降低,NIHSS评分较治疗前均提高(P<0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 而试验组治疗后的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,NIHSS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前VFSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后,两组VFSS评分较治疗前明显提高,且试验组更高(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用温针灸联合通痹活络汤治疗脑梗死恢复期患者,有助于提高脑梗死患者治疗有效率,提高日常活动能力,使患者吞咽功障碍得到有效改善,并降低脑梗死患者并发症发生率。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with Tongbi Huoluo decoction on curative effect,limb function and swallowing function recovery in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:156 patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent period were divided into the control group(78 cases)and the test group(78 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Tongbi Huoluo decoction,and the test group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with Tongbi Huoluo decoction.Compared the clinical efficacy,limb recovery after treatment,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Fugel-Meyer(FMA)score,Balance force,daily life performance scale(ADL)score,swallowing contrast examination(VFSS)score,and complication rate.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(91.03%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.21%)(P<0.05).The FMA and balance force scores of the patients were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the NIHSS score was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was significantly reduced,and the NIHSS score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VFSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).The VFSS score in the two groups was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).The VFSS score of the test group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Tongbi Huoluo decoction is helpful to improve the effective rate of treatment,improve the daily activity ability,effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with cerebral infarction,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with cerebral infarction.
