摘要:
肺癌是全球最常见且致死率最高的癌症,免疫治疗为肿瘤治疗提供了新的方向。在肿瘤免疫微环境中,免疫细胞如T细胞、NK细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞及髓源抑制细胞等,发挥着至关重要的作用。这些免疫细胞通过相互作用共同维持机体对肿瘤的免疫监视与攻击功能。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,中药单体成分(如多糖类、皂苷类、生物碱类、萜类和黄酮类等活性成分)及中药复方(如四君子汤、金复康、肺金生方、养阴温阳方、温阳散结加减方等)能够通过多途径调节免疫细胞功能,从而有效增强抗肿瘤免疫反应,为肿瘤的治疗提供了新的思路。
Abstract:
Lung cancer is the most common and deadliest cancer worldwide,and immunotherapy has provided a new direction for tumor treatment.In the tumor immune microenvironment,immune cells such as T cells,NK cells,macrophages,dendritic cells,and myeloid-derived suppressor cells play a crucial role.These immune cells interact with each other to maintain the body’s immune surveillance and attack functions against tumors.In recent years,increasing research has shown that active ingredients from traditional Chinese medicine (such as polysaccharides,saponins,alkaloids,terpenes,flavonoids,etc.) and Chinese herbal formulas (such as Sijunzi Tang,Jinfukang,Feijinsheng Fang,Yangyin Wenyang Fang,Wenyang Sanjie Fang,etc.) can regulate immune cell functions through multiple pathways,thereby effectively enhancing anti-tumor immune responses and offering new approaches for tumor treatment.
