摘要:
摘 要 目的:分析针刺结合康复训练治疗缺血性中风早期肩手综合征的疗效。方法:选择64例缺血性中风早期肩手综合征患者，分为对照组32例，采取常规治疗和康复训练治疗；治疗组32例，在对照组的基础上联合针刺疗法，比较两组临床疗效、肩关节活动度、水肿评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:治疗后，治疗组总有效率90.6%，明显高于对照组78.1%；治疗组VAS评分(4.3±0.9)分，明显小于对照组VAS评分(6.0±1.2)分；治疗组的肩关节活动度总分(43.3±7.1)分明显高于对照组(31.2±6.7)分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组水肿评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缺血性中风早期肩手综合征进行针刺与康复训练联合治疗，能够有效提高肩关节活动度，减轻患者痛苦，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective： To investigate the effect of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on shoulder  hand syndrome due to early ischemic stroke. Methods ：64 patients with the shoulderhand syndrome due to early ischemic stroke were selected and divided into control group and treatment group, each with 32 cases. The control group received the routine treatment and rehabilitation training, based on this; the treatment group received the acupuncture. Then the clinical efficacy, shoulder mobility, edema score, and visual analogue scale (VAS) were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (90.6% vs 78.1%); The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the VAS score of the control group \[(4.3±0.9) vs (6.0±1.2)\]; The total score of shoulder joint activity in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group \[(43.3±7.1) vs (31.2±6.7), P<0.05\]; No significant difference was found in the edema score between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion： The application of the acupuncture plus rehabilitation training can effectively increase shoulder joint mobility and alleviate the pain for patients with shoulderhand syndrome due to early ischemic stroke.
