摘要:
摘 要 慢性萎缩性胃炎是消化系统中一种常见的慢性疾病，病情反复不愈，治疗难度很大，并可增加癌变风险。目前现代医学尚缺乏对本病的特效疗法。中医中药对于本病及其合并症：肠上皮化生、异型增生等在治疗方面具有丰富经验，并且取得了一定成效，临床治疗前景良好。王庆国教授为中医肝胆脾胃病专家，在慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗中取得了一致肯定的成果并形成了其独特之优势。本文就王庆国教授对于本病的治疗经验及心得进行详细探究，归纳总结王庆国教授治疗本病的辨证治疗理论与用药经验，以期更加全面、深入的学习王庆国教授治疗本病的理论与经验，为今后临床辨证治疗本病提供经验总结与理论参考。
Abstract:
Abstract Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is a common chronic disease in the digestive system. The disease is not cured repeatedly. At present，modern medicine still lacks special treatment for this disease. Traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience in the treatment of this disease and its complications，such as intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia. As an expert in hepatobiliary and spleen and stomach diseases of traditional Chinese medicine，professor wang qingguo has achieved unanimous results and formed his unique advantages in the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. In this paper，professor wang qingguo’s experience and experience in the treatment of this disease were explored in detail，In order to study the theory and experience of professor wang qingguo’s treatment of this disease in a more comprehensive and indepth way，it will provide experience summary and theoretical reference for the treatment of this disease by clinical syndrome differentiation in the future.
