摘 要 目的：观察自拟温肾健脾汤应用于多囊卵巢综合征治疗中的临床疗效以及对患者胰岛素抵抗、激素水平的影响。方法：选取88例多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者作为本次研究资料，将其均分后分别纳入对照组与观察组，对照组应用醋酸环丙孕酮片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上应用自拟温肾健脾汤进行治疗，以3个月经周期为1个疗程；1个疗程后对比两组临床疗效，并观察两组患者治疗前后卵巢大小与卵泡个数的变化，同时观察两组患者雌二醇（E2）、促黄体生成激素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、睾酮（T）各项激素水平的变化情况，及内分泌指标：糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）的变化情况。结果：观察组总有效率为93.18%，对照组总有效率为81.82%；观察组临床疗效整体水平优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者双侧卵巢体积、卵泡个数均较本组治疗前改善，并且观察组优于对照组，组间对比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者E2 、LH、FSH、T各项激素水平均较本组治疗前改善，组内对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），并且观察组均优于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR各项内分泌指标均较本组治疗前改善，组内对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），并且观察组均优于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：温肾健脾汤可提高PCOS患者的临床疗效，减轻患者胰岛素抵抗并改善各项相关激素分泌水平。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective : To observe the curative effect of Wenshen Jianpi decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and the influence on insulin resistance and hormone levels. Methods:A total of 88 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) were enrolled. All patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with cyproterone acetate tablets, and the observation group was treated with self-designed Wenshen Jianpi decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The changes of ovarian size and the number of follicles, estradiol (E2 ), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and testosterone (T) hormone levels, and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), fasting insulin (FINS), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) were observed before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 93.18% in the observation group, and was 81.82% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the ovarian size and the number of follicles in 2 groups were improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The levels of E2 , LH, FSH and T in 2 groups were improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The endocrine indexes of HbA1c, FINS and HOMA-IR in 2 groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Wenshen Jianpi decoction can improve the curative effect of PCOS patients, reduce insulin resistance and improve the levels of related hormone secretion.〖LM〗
