摘要:
摘 要 目的:探讨益肾化痰方治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的临床效果。方法:将肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者104例作为研究对象，按照数字随机表法分为两组，研究组和对照组各52例，研究组给予益肾化痰方联合克罗米芬进行治疗，对照组仅给予克罗米芬，对比观察两组患者体质量指数、性激素和妊娠率等指标。结果:研究组患者治疗后临床总有效率为92.31%，共治疗152个周期，恢复排卵126个，排卵率为82.89%，对照组临床总有效率为75.00%，治疗164个周期，恢复排卵108个，排卵率为65.85%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者BMI和WHR水平均明显降低，其中研究组降低程度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后研究组各项性激素水平均有明显改善，且改善程度均优于对照组（P＜0.05），对照组治疗后只有FSH、E2水平明显升高（P＜0.05），LH、T和PRL水平变化差异不显著（P＞0.05）。结论:益肾化痰方联合常规西药治疗肥胖型POCS不孕症患者可提高患者临床效果，调节性激素水平分泌情况，促进排卵，降低BMI和WHR，效果显著。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yishen Huatan decoction on infertility patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:104 cases of infertility with obese polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into two groups according to the method of digital random table,52 cases in the study group and 52 cases in the control group.The study group was treated with Yishen Huatan decoction plus clomiphene,while the control group was treated with clomiphene only.The body mass index,sex hormones and pregnancy of the two groups were observed and compared.Rate and other indicators.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 92.31%in the study group after treatment,152 cycles of treatment,126 cycles of ovulation recovery,the ovulation rate was 82.89%,and 75.00%in the control group.After 164 cycles of treatment,108 cycles of ovulation recovery,the ovulation rate was 65.85%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).After treatment,the BMI and WHR levels of the two groups were significantly reduced,including the research group.After treatment,the levels of sex hormones in the study group were significantly improved,and the improvement was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,only the levels of FSH and E2 in the control group were significantly increased(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of LH,T and PRL between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Huatan decoction combined with conventional western medicine can improve the clinical effect of obese PCOS infertility patients,regulate the secretion of sex hormones,promote ovulation,reduce BMI and WHR,the effect is remarkable,can be widely used.
