摘 要 目的：观察王翘楚教授经验方在治疗脑卒中后失眠（肝郁瘀阻型）方面的临床疗效。方法：将100例脑卒中后失眠（肝郁瘀阻型）患者按随机数字表法分西药对照组及王翘楚教授中药经验方治疗组，两组各50例。其中西药对照组予以艾司唑仑片口服；中药经验方治疗组予以王翘楚教授经验方治疗。两组疗程均为12周。观察指标为两组治疗后临床疗效评价、治疗前后SPIEGEL量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分。结果：治疗组及对照组在治疗后均较治疗前各观察项目有所改善（P＜0.05）。且治疗组治疗后临床疗效评价明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组患者治疗后的SPIEGEL量表评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组治疗后（P＜0.05）。结论：王翘楚教授经验方治疗脑卒中后失眠（肝郁瘀阻型）疗效显著，无明显毒副作用，提示中医辨证治疗在脑卒中后失眠具有一定的优势。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of experience prescription in party of Professor Wang Qiaochu in treating post-stroke insomnia due to liver depression and blood stasis block.Methods:A hundred patients with post-stokeinsomnia due to liver depression and blood stasis block were randomized （using table of random numbers）into a treatment group and a control group,50 cases each.The control group was intervened by oral administration of Estazolam tablets,the treatment group was intervened by experience prescription in party of Professor Wang Qiaochu.Two treatment course lasted for 12 weeks.The score of Clinical efficacy evalution、the total score of SPIEGEL、the total score of(PSQI)were observed before and after the treatment for the two groups.Results：After the treatment,The score of Clinical efficacy evalution、the total score of SPIEGEL、the total score of PSQI were significantly changed in both groups(P＜0.05).The score of Clinical efficacy evalution、 the total score of SPIEGEL、the total score of PSQI in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group after the intervention(P＜0.05).Conclusion：Experience in party of Professor Wang Qiaochu can produce a significant efficency in treating post-stroke insomnia due to liverdepression and blood stasis block without side effects,which indicates that Chinese medicine has an advantage in the treatment of post-stroke insomnia.
