摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨针刺结合头孢硫脒治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法：选取急性扁桃体炎患儿86例，电脑随机分成对照组与观察组，每组43例。对照组接受常规西药治疗，观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上接受针刺。比较两组患儿中医证候积分、临床疗效、症状消失时间、不良反应、免疫功能。结果：治疗后观察组扁桃体大小、扁桃体充血、分泌物、咽痛、发热、刺激性咳嗽、阻塞感、腭弓充血粘连、出汗、口渴、倦怠、泛恶评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者临床疗效比较有差异（P＜0.05），观察组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿主次症状消失显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿不良反应发生总率高于对照组，两组差异比较无差异（P＞0.05）。治疗后两组患者NO、IgG、IgA、IgM较治疗前升高，观察组患者NO、IgG、IgA、IgM水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：针刺结合头孢硫脒是治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎有效方案，该方案可显著改善患儿临床症状，提高免疫力。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with cefathiamidine in the treatment of infantile acute tonsillitis.Methods：86 children with acute tonsillitis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received the routine western medicine treatment,based on this,the observation group received acupuncture.Then the TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,time of disappearance of symptoms,adverse reactions,and immune function were compared between groups.Results：Which were lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment in terms of the scores of tonsil size,tonsil congestion,secretions,sore throat,fever,irritating cough,obstruction,sacral congestion,sweating,thirst,burnout,and dyscrasia(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The time of disappearance of primary and secondary symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with no statistic difference(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO,IgG,IgA and IgM were increased in both groups,and were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion： The application of the acupuncture combined with cefathiamidine can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms and immunity of children with infantile acute tonsillitis,which is worthy of recommendation.
