摘要:
目的:探究生物反馈联合针灸治疗盆底失弛缓型便秘临床疗效。方法:60例盆底失弛缓型便秘患者随机分为予以生物反馈联合针刺治疗的治疗组(n=30)及单纯生物反馈治疗的对照组(n=30),分别给予两个疗程治疗,进行临床症状评分、肛管压力测定评估,与治疗前对比。结果:治疗组患者总体有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为70.00%,治疗组患者各症状评分:排便时间、排便间隔、排便费力感、肛门坠胀感、排便不尽感等症状积分均优于对照组(P均<0.05),症状总积分治疗组(5.10±1.69)分明显低于对照组(7.10±1.65)分(P<0.05); 治疗组肛管压力测定各数值改善也更为显著(P均<0.05)。结论:生物反馈联合针灸治疗盆底失弛缓型便秘更具优势。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of biofeedback combined with acupuncture on atony pelvic floor constipation.Methods:60 cases of pelvic floor relaxation loss constipation patients were randomly divided into be biofeedback combined acupuncture therapy in the treatment group(n=30)and pure biological feedback treatment of the control group(n=30), respectively,after receiving at least 2 courses of treatment,evaluate clinical symptom scores and anal canal pressure measurement,compared with before treatment.Results:The over all efficiency of the two groups was 86.67% after at least two courses of treatment,which was significantly higher than the control group whose overall effective rate was only 70.00%,The scores of symptoms in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),such as defecation time,defecation interval,defecation exertion,anal distention and endless defecation.The total score of symptoms in the treatment group(5.10±1.69)was significantly lower than that in the control group(7.10±1.65)(P<0.05).The measurement of anal pressure in the treatment group also improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and biofeedback therapy has more advantages in the treatment of pelvic floor atony constipation.
