摘要:
目的:探讨苦参碱联合胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效及对患者血清胃蛋白酶原亚群的影响。方法:将200例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分作观察组与对照组,观察组采用苦参碱联合胃复春片治疗,对照组仅采用胃复春片治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效率、症状积分、胃镜下观察情况并检测血清胃蛋白酶原亚群含量。结果:观察组患者的总有效率98.0%,高于对照组的87.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者胃酸烧心、胃脘疼痛、食欲不振等症状积分低于对照组(均P<0.05),但两组患者呃逆嗳气症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组胆汁反流、糜烂、溃疡等发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05); 而两组患者的出血斑发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(90.57±14.36)μg/L、胃蛋白酶原I/胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(9.23±0.99),高于对照组的(63.45±12.85)μg/L、(7.56±0.82),观察组胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(7.87±4.35)μg/L低于对照组的(9.75±4.87)μg/L,组间比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:苦参碱联合胃复春片可有效缓解慢性萎缩性胃炎临床症状,改善患者血清胃蛋白酶原亚群含量。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of matrine combined with Weifuchun tablet on efficacy and serum pepsinogen subgroup in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:200 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with matrine combined with Weifuchun tablet,while the control group was only treated with Weifuchun tablet.Treatment effect,symptom score,conditions observed under gastroscope,serum pepsinogen subgroups were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group 98.0% was significantly higher than that of the control group 87.0%,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of gastric acid heartburn,stomach cramps and loss of appetite in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05),but no significant difference of hiccup between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the incidence of bile reflux,erosion and ulcer in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of bleeding spots in the two groups was not statistically different(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of pepsinogen I(90.57±14.36)μg/L,pepsinogen I/pepsinogen Ⅱ(9.23±0.99)significantly higher than those in the control group(63.45±12.85)μg/L、(7.56±0.82).Pepsinogen Ⅱ in the observation group was(7.87±4.35)μg/L,significantly lower than that in the control group(9.75±4.87)μg/L,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Matrine combined with Weifuchun tablet can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis and improve serum pepsinogen subgroups in patients.
