摘要:
“心合小肠”理论主要是指心与小肠通过经络系统发挥“内连脏腑,外络肢节”的作用,它们在生理上相互配合,在病理上相互影响,在经络上相互联系。肠道菌群与中医理论中的小肠功能相似,在人体中起着重要的作用。除了吸收营养,它还能充当内分泌器官,起着调节机体生理、病理及免疫应答的作用,与宿主之间有着密切的信息交换,参与神经系统调节,形成肠道的生物学屏障。越来越多的临床及动物实验证明了肠道菌群失调与心血管疾病的关系密切,这使“心合小肠”理论更受到认可和深化。同时,针灸作为传统治疗手段,对肠道菌群紊乱及心血管疾病都有良好的疗效。本文拟从肠道菌群和心血管疾病的关系与心合小肠理论的相关性探讨针灸改善肠道菌群的微生态从而治疗心血管疾病的可行性,为临床治疗心血管疾病提供更多思路。
Abstract:
Heart and small intestine theory mainly refers to the heart and small intestine through the meridian system to play the role of “internal organs,external collaterals and limbs joint”.They have close relationships in the physiological function,the pathology and the meridian.Intestinal flora plays an important role in human body.Except absorbing nutrients,it can also act as an endocrine organ,play a role in regulating the physiological,pathological and immune response of the body,and have a close exchange of information with the host,participate in the regulation of the nervous system,and form a biological barrier of the intestinal tract.Numerous clinical and animal experiments have proved that there is a close relationship between the intestinal flora and cardiovascular diseases,and regulating intestinal flora can help to prevent cardiovascular diseases,which makes the theory of “heart and small intestine” more recognized and deepened.At the same time,acupuncture and moxibustion as traditional treatments,have a good effect on intestinal flora disorders and cardiovascular diseases.We try to explore that acupuncture and moxibustion regulate microecology of intestinal flora based on the relationship of the intestinal flora and cardiovascular disease with the theory of heart and small intestine,to provide more ideas for clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
