摘要:
目的:探讨益气养阴方治疗处于骨髓抑制期气阴两虚型急性白血病的临床疗效、安全性。方法:收集300例骨髓抑制期气阴两虚型急性白血病患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组150例予以常规西药治疗,观察组150例通过益气养阴方治疗,比较两组的中医症状评分、疗效、血常规指标、安全性。结果:观察组治疗后面色苍白、乏力气短、腰膝酸软、反复低热症状评分均比对照组低(P<0.05); 观察组的总有效率97.33%比对照组90.67%高(P<0.05); 观察组治疗后白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)及血小板(PLT)计数均高于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组治疗后丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、血肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)与治疗前及对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气养阴方治疗处于骨髓抑制期的气阴两虚型急性白血病临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者血常规指标,且对肝肾功能影响小,安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Yangyin recipe in treating acute leukemia with deficiency of both Qi and Yin during myelosuppression stage.Methods:300 cases of acute leukemia patients with Qi and Yin deficiency during myelosuppression were collected,randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.150 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 150 cases in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Yangyin recipe.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and efficacy,blood routine indicators,and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the symptoms of paleness,fatigue,shortness of breath,score waist and knees,and repeated low fever symptoms after treatment were lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate was 97.33%,which was higher than 90.67% in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the white blood cell(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb)and platelet(PLT)counts after treatment were higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),blood creatinine(Cr),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)between the control group and after treatment were no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin recipe has a significant clinical effect in treating acute leukemia with deficiency of both Qi and Yin in myelosuppression stage.It can effectively improve the patient's blood routine indexes,and has little effect on liver and kidney function,and has ideal safety.
