摘要目的：探讨针刺联合麻黄附子细辛汤加味治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：选择82例腰椎间盘突出症患者，按照随机数字表法，划分为对照组与观察组各41例，对照组实施腰椎牵引治疗，观察组在对照组基础上实施针刺联合麻黄附子细辛汤加味治疗，比较临床疗效、中医证候评分、腰椎活动度、腰椎功能评分、腰椎疼痛评分、血清炎症因子水平、生活质量评分。结果： 组间临床疗效比较，观察组的总有效率高于对照组（P＜005）。 治疗后，观察组的各项中医证候评分、腰椎疼痛评分、CRP、IL6、PCT、TNFα比对照组低（P＜005），其腰椎活动度、腰椎功能评分、GQOLI74评分比对照组高（P＜005）。结论：针刺与麻黄附子细辛汤联合用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症，可切实起到改善腰椎活动度和腰椎功能、减轻腰椎疼痛和炎症反应的作用，有利于提高患者临床疗效，使其生活质量水平有效提高。
Abstract:
AbstractObjective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:82 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniationwere selected and divided into 41 cases of control group and observation group according to random number table.The control group was treated with lumbar traction.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and lumbar activity were compared.Degree,lumbar function score,lumbar pain score,serum inflammatory factor level,quality of life score.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜005). The scores of TCM syndromes,lumbar pain and CRP,IL6,PCT,in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.TNF α was lower than that in the control group (P＜005),and the lumbar mobility,lumbar function score and GQOLI74 score were higher than those in the control group (P＜005).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction can effectively improve the range of motion and function of lumbar vertebrae,reduce lumbar pain and inflammatory reaction,and is beneficial to improve the clinical curative effect of patients,so that its quality of life can be effectively improved.
