摘要:
目的:探讨黄连地黄汤联合沙格列汀治疗肾阴虚损型糖尿病疗效及对患者生活质量及血清摄食抑制因子(Nesfatin-1)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平的影响。方法:选取肾阴虚损型糖尿病患者106例,随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各53例。常规干预基础上对照组予以沙格列汀治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以黄连地黄汤治疗。统计两组治疗前、后血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、血清Nesfatin-1、游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平、生活质量(DQOL)分值、不良反应。结果:研究组治疗后HbA1c、FPG、2hPG低于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后研究组血清FFA水平低于对照组,血清Nesfatin-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后研究组HOMA-IR低于对照组,FINS、HOMA-β高于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后研究组DQOL分值低于对照组(P<0.05); 研究组不良反应发生率(13.21%)与对照组(9.43%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:肾阴虚损型糖尿病患者采用沙格列汀联合黄连地黄汤治疗,能有效改善患者血糖、胰岛β细胞功能及血清Nesfatin-1、FFA水平,提升生活质量,且具有安全性。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of saxagliptin combined with Huanglian Dihuang decoction on quality of life and serum levels of Nesfatin-1 and FFA in patients with kidney-yin deficiency type diabetes mellitus.Methods:106 diabetic patients with kidney yin deficiency type were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,53 cases in each group.On the basis of routine intervention,the control group was treated with Saglitine,while the research group was treated with Huanglian Dihuang decoction on the basis of the control group.The levels of blood sugar(HbA1c),fasting blood sugar(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood sugar(2hPG),Nesfatin-1,free fatty acid(FFA),islet beta function index(HOMA-β),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),quality of life(DQOL)score,and insulin resistance index(FINS),Adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment.Results:The levels of HbA1c,FPG and 2hPG in the study group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05); The level of FFA in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of Nesfatin-1 in the serum was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); HOMA-IR in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and FINS and HOMA-beta in the study group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); DQOL scores in the study group after the treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(13.21%)and the control group(9.43%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shagliting combined with Huanglian Dihuang decoction can effectively improve blood sugar,islet beta cell function,serum Nesfatin-1 and FFA levels,and promote the quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with kidney yin deficiency.
